Do guests need an app or account?

Neither. Guests scan your QR code or open the invite link in their phone's browser. They add their name and can start taking or uploading photos, depending on your event settings.

Can guests add photos they already took?

Yes. Enable camera-roll uploads so guests can share existing photos as well as capture new ones. You choose the guest experience for your event.

Can we collect videos too?

Yes, when video uploads are enabled for your event and plan. Per-file upload limits apply; you can check the available options before sharing your event.

Who can see our photos?

Your event has its own invite link. The host controls access, gallery visibility, downloads and whether uploads need approval before they appear. Share your invite only with the people you want to join.

Can I download the original files?

Snapvyn keeps full-resolution originals. Download options and gallery retention depend on your event pass. Check your plan and save your photos before its storage period ends.

How long do we have to save the album?
